Mango: May–Aug · Jackfruit: Mar–Jun · Turmeric / mustard: Jan–Mar · Green chilli: strongest Nov–Mar.
Processed and shelf-stable lines can ship year-round. Seasonal products should generally be contracted 3–6 months before crop; GCC grocery/gifting programs strengthen before Ramadan/Eid and Q4.
